About product tracking

About redelivery
We are very inconvenienced by the fact that packages that have already been sent to our store are often returned to us due to an incorrect address or because the package is forgotten to be picked up when the package is not available. From now on , when redelivering, we will charge shipping and packaging fees for redelivery . Please double check that your address is correct.

About cancellation
As a general rule, we do not accept changes or cancellations after an order has been placed. If there are any changes to the delivery address, etc. after placing your order, including pre-ordered items, please let us know via official LINE.
About overseas products
Products imported from overseas are inferior to Japanese product standards, so there may be dents, scratches, or stains on the product packaging, or small scratches or stains on the product itself. About returns
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we cannot accept returns due to customer convenience. In the unlikely event that the product is defective, we will replace it.
